The VMS series of molds is the most recent commercial product to be developed by Mooreliving.

This mold system comes in two varients, the VMS10 which is the entry level vertical mold product which produces up to 10 panels per day. The VMS20 is the larger version which is designed for higher production volumes.

The VMS series builds on proven technology gleaned from other Mooreliving programs to deliver the lowest cost of ownership and fastest production for panel manufacturers.

Mooreliving has incorporated technological advances in the VMS series that enable the highest quality production and meets all current and anticipated structural and safety requirements to provide longevity and high residual value.

With reduced production costs it will provide better revenue benefits, as it will greatly improve the cost/sell ratio. For manufacturers contemplating the future acquisition of mould system, the VMS series meets the requirement for affordable and clean, reliable and rapid production.

In the last two decades, precast construction has increased considerably, whereas the total cost of production has remained almost unchanged. The VMS series follows the trend towards increased production efficiency. This has been achieved by the patented way in which the panels can be poured and removed form the mold system.

In order to further increase the efficiency, a special hopper is used for loading the mold and requires 75% less staff to operate. This increase in efficiency can save manufacturers significant operating costs.
